Good morning my friends!

Start your day off right with a little bit of movement. I always feel better after I’ve spent some time on my mat in the morning. Just a few minutes helps get the kinks out and helps my mind focus.

About the Class

In this 8-min video, I guide you through some gentle stretches you can do in the morning (or even in the evening before bed – it's up to you!).

Props Needed

You'll need a blanket to elevate the hips. You could also use 1-2 blocks or a pillow.
