PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS

Michelle Cawley Private Sessions

Private Yoga is a great way to receive the one-on-one guidance you seek (remote or in-person). Here are just a few ways we’ll use a session to meet your needs:

  • You are new to yoga and not sure what body part goes where.

  • You want to understand how to modify a pose or know what alternative poses are available to you.

  • You want to understand the mechanics of the pose (proper alignment & integration).

  • You want a custom-tailored session just for you, which might include: restorative, stationary or vinyasa yoga, reiki, meditation, or all the above.

  • You want to learn how to incorporate yoga principles and philosophies into your daily life.

If this is your first time working with me, don’t miss out on a free 30-minute consultation. We’ll use the time to get to know one another, review what you're hoping to achieve, and schedule our first full session together.

Let’s work together to formulate the best approach for you.

"I was fortunate enough to have a private session with Michelle. It was much more than I had expected it to be. To me yoga was all about exercise and so this session opened my eyes to how wonderful, relaxing and calming it can be to relieve us of all the stress we process in our daily lives. She has the most calming voice and knows how to get you in the most relaxed mood to push away all the stress that is weighing you down. Can't wait to have another session."

"With rising stress and anxiety stemming from navigating the rocky road of infertility, I had the opportunity to take multiple therapeutic yoga sessions with Michelle. At first, I was a little put-off by the idea of therapeutic yoga. I'm a vinyasa flow kind-of-woman! But, 15 minutes into my first session, I recognized the immense power and impact from this slow, intentional practice. Not only did I achieve greater inner peace and calm, but the emotions I had tried storing inside me finally had the opportunity to release. After each session, I felt immense gratitude for taking that time for healing and breathing. Whether you are embarking on a turbulent journey or are just ready to be happier and feel fuller, you need to take a leap of faith and make therapeutic yoga part of your life!"
